3 MONTHS AND STILL NO PAY OUT!!!

After struggling for 3 months with Zurich Insurance for them to pay out , I was promised payment on the 20th November 2015. I have still not been payed as promised. <br> <br> They now claim they will pay in 2 weeks time this is very unprofessional and unfair, they should be taken to task for this misconduct. Whenever I call to 3rd party I am put on hold until further notice, who is going to take resposibility? It is as if there are only 3 people working there, this makes me wonder if the company might not have any money to pay out,please be aware people.
