132 Days With No Pay Out

Good day<br> <br> I have been trying obtaining a 3rd Party pay out since 29 Oct 2015. The case itself is simple, the insured crashed into my vehicle which was parked in an allocated parking bay within our complex. <br> <br> The following time line ensured:<br> 29 Oct 2015 - Claim Logged<br> <br> 6 Dec 2015 - I contacted Zurich, Deslyn Narayan handed my case over to Andile Vazi. Andile subsequently advised that my matter had been allocated and that I was to wait 30 working days. <br> <br> 28 Dec 2015 - I contacted Andile again with a follow up mail advising that 33 days had passed since my claim was logged with no one from Zurich contacting myself.<br> <br> 5 Jan 2016 - Received a mail from Deslyn advising my claim had been processed; Zurich were waiting on excess to be paid<br> <br> 5 Feb 2016 - I followed up with Zurich, advised the excess had been paid. Received & returned 3rd Party release form despite being 20% lower than any quote obtained.<br> <br> 26 Feb 2016 - I contacted Zurich to enquire as to when payment will be made. Advised payment would be made on 8 March<br> <br> 9 Mar 2016 - I contacted Zurich and was advised that my pay out had not occurred as it was still assigned to Deslyn. <br> <br> Please contact me to resolve this matter.
