Zurich garden lodge

Disappointed

Sat on the 5th we were checking in at Zurich garden lodge but when we got to the reception that attitude girl told us is fully booked we told her that call the person who's responsible for bookings or call your manager and sort this out because we are going on a event we can't afford to be late she then called her manager via WhatsApp it was on loudspeaker she responded by saying they need to top up for the available room of 700 we were like no but that's not our fault she hanged up we told that receptionist that you guys over booked and took money why next day of accepting our money and called or send email that we are sorry we are fully booked on time so that we can look for other available places to sleep just for a night ,she must go call her because the receptionist kept on saying angazi angazi (She doesn't know),the lady went out to call the boss but she didn't come she kept on saying top up,we saw an empty room by the receptionist area we went there cse it was open she told us to get out while we went back to the reception area we asked that are we animals as you said is for people surely we are not people and we didn't pay to get here the lady who was cleaning then locked that room we went upstairs because we saw that time is running when we got there that lady who locked the room run to lock another one lucky the was the other one behind us we went there she said you need to get out of here it's not clean we said watch us we won't get out we will stay here and refresh she said it's not clean we said it's fine you want to lock it too .Guess what no electricity we need to charge our phones iron our clothes we didn't close that door in case they lock us in I went to the shower with tht cold water we didn't care because of time the other ladies who was going to the same concert asked vele we are going to bath with cold water we told them you guys are lucky that atleast you have a place to sleep that is guaranteed what about us it was a chaotic day for us ey,then after i was done with showering I had to be next to door like naked so that my friend can go to downstairs and charge at the reception that lady told her that there's no electric but when we both done and go downstairs that other lady for the other room went and said please charge this for me she took it my friend was fuming because she told her that there's no electricity but able to charge for them,we saw that now we can't sleep there forcefully because anything can happen remember we are ladies they can do anything to us and worse they might not open a gate for us because we don't know what time will the concert end,we said to her there's a room available I showed her on booking.com that it's 500 we don't have that 50 to add since well it's their problem because we said you guys might send people to **** or kill us mos and we told our close family that we in this place and we don't feel safe anymore if anything happens to us they must start looking for us here,my friend went to the other side of the desk and told her that you going to give us that 500 because your boss doesn't want to even show her face here she knows what she is doing is wrong we were arguing there then she throw my friend with that money it was heated back and fourth and some lady came and said you guys are making noice we were like lady you have a room just go back we are fighting for our paid room we then left it's now past 4 we need to get to the even by 5 we didn't eat the whole day it was a mess .The other ladies came from the pool and told us that they booked but the other one was fully booked they had to sleep on the floor because they had no choice we said atleast you guys have a choice we don't then that receptionist lady was crying when we left for what you threw us with our hard earned money you think we will be quite yes we won't beat her but we will talk for our money....the place it's in Benoni ,ohh I forgot the boss has a nerve to call me asking for their key what a liver she had sis but didn't want to speak to us when we were there
