Zuri Anti-Social Lounge - You can't **** class

<p>It seems Zuri (Anti) Social Lounge at the Mall of Africa is a disgrace to the other reputable restaurants surrounding it. It also seems they not interested in new business and treat their potential customers with sheer arrogance. I made a tentative booking for 40 people, pending confirmation by Zuri manager who promised to call me back within the hour. 5 hours later and 2 phone calls from myself still didn't get me any closer to securing my reservation. In fact, I was hung-up on during my second call by a totally *********** floor manager who had answered. From the managers to the waiters, they all seemed totally ******** of their duties. To save costs Zuri must've sourced these individuals from the street, gave them a set of fancy uniforms and put them to work. Well, it shows you can't **** class and Zuri Anti Social Lounge will soon learn this. </p>
