Complaint

Good day My brother Moses Linda had funeral plan with Zuntal Vryheid. Moses passed away on the 24th of January 2021 and I visited Zuntal branch Vryheid on the 2nd of February 2021 for the claim. ID NO.*** 08 4 Mthandeni Moses Linda. I was suppose to receive R2500 after funeral,its been 3 months now I haven't received the money. I have been in contact with the office in Vryheid, with no luck. They can't even give me the name of the association they fall under nor the underwriter.
