My money has gone down the drain!

I went to do my lashes on Thursday and the lady put glue into my eyes. I now have an infection - I lashes every month and I have never experienced this before. Went back for a removal and I was forced to pay for everything.

The looked at the Instagram and decided to do my hair - my hair looks nothing like what is on Instagram and I told the lady she insisted this was it.

I sent an email and WhatsApp message and I am being ignored! Extremely disappointed! Over 1k down the drain for bad customer service and bad service delivery - now I need to walk around with this horrible hairstyle cause that’s my money!
