Poor quality poor customer service

So disappointed in this organisation, I was looking for another reliable fitness brand to expand to as I wanted more options. I purchased a pair of tights from ZuluZenith, they are not a cheap brand so was hoping for a quality piece. The tights I bought in a large and in black, the tights are basically see through I don’t know how these can be marketed as yoga or Pilates pants. They also slip and slide off your body, I was constantly pulling them up after literally walking down the passage in my house. Totally unwearable. I then wanted to process a return and was told I couldn’t do so because I removed the tags that were tied to the garment. They then offered me a 50% off voucher to purchase their seamless underwear. Pathetic like the problem was underwear. I will never spend money with them again and neither will anyone I come into contact with.
