Zululander stationary

I'm so disappointed with zululander stationary I bought a sad iron for clothes.when I received it I wanted to cry literally. It is so rough everywhere I'm even scared to use it because it will damage fabric.I sent numerous emails but no one has bothered to at least say something. Service is bad
