Zululand TV and services refuses to refund for purchased goods

I bought a DSTV dish and kit the big one the guy sold me a second hand one and told me its in perfect working order but to my surprise i bought a brocken one.so i took it back for my refund and the owner told me they wont refund me he even said “Go get the police or go to small claim court “
