Disgusting customer service!

Extremely disappointed and disgusted. This company was hired by a company I am employed by to pitch up a marquee for an event we had. During the removal of the marquee and employee from Zululand Hiring scratched my vehicle with a metal bar. The guy took responsibility for the damage he caused. I took down his details and went to get a quote for my vehicle. 2 days later I contacted him regarding the quote he insisted I speak to his manager named Nathan. I phoned the manager and he had no interest in the damage done to my vehicle. Insisted that he will not get involved because he was not there at the time of the incident and that the employee must pay it from his own pocket and it is not his problem. Added to that he said I should have called him on the day it happened and not 2 days later as he could have "made a plan" if I called earlier. I am now forced to go to court with this matter as the employee named Vusi said he can only pay me at month end and that I must be patient. I stand to be corrected but to my knowledge if an employee causes damage to property while using the company vehicle and resources and on company duty at the time, it is the owner or manager's responsibility to settle the matter with the involved parties and sort the matter out with his/her employee. Not to say they are not getting involved because they were not there when the incident took place. Absolute *******. I do not recommend anyone to hire this company because if your property gets damaged by this company no one takes responsibility for it!
