ZULU WATERS GAME RESERVE IRRISPOSIBLE DRIVERS

We were riding our mountain bikes allong the road past Zulu Waters game reserve when we spotted a vehicle hurtling down the road toward Zulu Waters. Approximately 200m ahead of us a few locals were walking with there dog allong the side of this road. The driver of this vehicle continued to race past them where they had to literally dive onto the side grass. Unfortunately the dog was not fast enough and was knocked over. The driver of the vehicle continued and drove towards us where we stopped him. We told him that he had been racing allong this road and knocked over the dog. Obviously denied it. We got home and tried contacting ZULU WATERS GAME RESERVE 5 times with no reply. We have left 2 messages with no response. The vehicle registration number N?(E) 32216. Please can you advise your drivers to be more conciderate with other pedestrians or road users. Date of calls 28:3:2022, 3 times on the 29:3:2022 and once on the 30:3:2022.
