Horrible service ****

Never again will I purchase from this so called brand, nor recommend it to any of my close friends/family. Customer service and communication is very poor. Nothing but false promises, and no delivery. I placed an order in September 2023, and I am yet to receive it. After a while, I reached out to them via email and WhatsApp to arrange a refund, and they are just ignoring me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
