Zulteck does not honour warranties
We bought 5 Royal batteries from Zulteck in April on special. On their pricelist on the web they listed both desulphated and new batteries. But we bought new batteries on special. When we bought the batteries, we specifically asked the salesman wether they are new. We specifically stated we don't want second-hand junk. The batteries were still sealed in their boxes when we collected them. Now, 4 months later, 2 of the 5 batteries seized to function. We have dealt with Royal batteries for the past 5 years and never had any issues. Generally they well exceed the expected 2 year lifetime. But on this single batch from Zulteck, 2 out of 5 didn't. Zulteck are now full of stories on wether we bought new or desulphated batteries. They do not honour the warranty. So, my advise to anyone else, rather drive 30 min further away from these *****s to Current Automation
All our Royal Batteries (New / Desulphated) that was purchased came in a box.
During the time in which you had purchased the batteries, there where two prices for the 102AH Royal.
There was a year warranty for the battery that had cost more than the batteries that you had purchased. There was no warranty for the price in which you had purchased your batteries.
We understand that you are displeased with the service that you had received from us. Unfortunately the sales personal who had sold you the royal batteries is no longer with us, and as you can see this is one of the reasons why.
We are under new management, and strive for customer satisfaction.
We hope in the near future that you will come through to Zulteck to view our new products
