Online *****

I purchased goods online and on payment the totals did not reflect the delivery fee.<br> I made the payment for the difference a few days later after eventually getting someone to take my call and check on the difference.<br> <br> I am still waiting for delivery of goods. <br> Four phone calls later and no one returns my call.<br> Called again at 4.00pm today and a very rude receptionist took my details again and then informed me that theres only one lady that deals with online orders and she was busy with other customers. SO WHAT AM I????<br> <br> I insisted on holding on until she was done and then after a few minutes and a very loud whispered conversation they disconnected my call.<br> <br> Next stop, consumer commission.<br> <br> I will never ever use this supplier again and recommend to everyone else who does, to do the same.<br> If this is not how online ********** operate, this supplier qualifies as the worst for customer service.
