No service, no delivery on any promises made.

<p>In November last year I bought 2 x 80 Watt solar panels from Zulteck on special (R1969.92). On testing them in December while on holiday, they provided 30W of power each. Now some losses on solar panels are acceptable, but less than 50% on the quoted number is ridiculous.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I returned them early in January after the holidays, and was told they need to be sent back for testing at the supplier.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />A month or so later I went back and got two new (of the same) panels, and tested them outside the shop with the same results. This was middle February.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I was then promised two Amerisolar 80W panels. By middle March and after several emails, I have still not received anything, and started to request a refund. Each time I had to follow up every email with them, they never came back to me on their own.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />It is now end of June and I'm still trying to get my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Each time stories of head office gets told, and nothing gets done. Promises of "I'll call you next week" never happens.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Do not spend your money here. I can't believe a business as incapable as Zulteck are still running.</p>
