No Service!!!!

<p>I bought lights from Zulteck woth R2500</p> <p>They did not have any stock of some of the lights I wanted... </p> <p>They promissed to deliver it to my residence the next week Monday... This was a month ago... Since then I have requested a refund for the outstanding kit but to no avail... </p>
