NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR REPLY

<p>On the 11th of April 2016 i recieved a quote for 4x 200w 24v Amerisol solar pannels from Zulteck. I accepted the quote and made payment the same day ( R 13,752.96). Delivery was stated as 3 days after reciept of funds. On or about the 18th of April we enquired abour the status of the goods and were in formed that the driver resigned and they could not collect from the supplier but they will make other arrangements. We enquired again later that week but the excuses continued. I later enquired form other solar suppliers regarding these pannels and they informed me that these pannels have been discontinued end of 2015. I then contacted Zulteck with this information and they confirmed that these pannes that they quoted on and confirmed availability are no longer available.??? I then requestred a refund and numerous e mails and phone calls later nothing has happened.( now the 3rd of June) I was given a name and contact details for HEAD OFFICE - FINCAPITAL Mr NICO OOSTHUIZEN - but this gentleman simply does not reply to any mails or return any calls or messages left for him. I will not get my lawyers involved and see where this takes me. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER AS THEY ARE UNRELIABLE AND POOR BUSSINESS PEOPLE.</p>
