More ignoring, mor e apathy, more uselessness

I'm trying to return a product to these people but no one is answering the phone and my emails are being ignored - again.. and they've banned me from being able to post on their Facebook page, which is hilarious.<br> <br> I'll be posting a bad review of these people every day until I've been refunded for the faulty inverter they sold me. No doubt they'll say that it was damaged in transit or that I did something to it, although neither of them would be true. The inverter they sold to me lasts all of 5 minutes on a 45aH battery whereas my regular inverter lasts just over 2.5 hours, so it's either a really terrible piece of equipment or there's something wrong with it.<br> <br> Either way it's going back, and I won't hesitate to go the CPA route or even so far as to lay a charge of theft after which I'll drag them to small claims court. I might even register [URL Removed]<br> <br> Ignoring customers is a bad plan of action and I can assure you it's in your best interest to sort this out ASAP.
