Excellent service

On Monday 20-04-2015 purchased 4x solar kits from Zulteck solar Centorion, at that time they had only one kit in stock and a demo kit, 2 x kits had to be ordered and I had to pick them up today,Thursday 23-04-2015. I phoned the sales person Lionel Wednesday afternoon 22-04-2015 to confirm they had received the units, I also explain to him that I have a problem with the demo unit. This morning at Zulteck I explained that I cant just drive up and down because they have to send the unit to the supplier and then they will give me another unit and that it will take another three days and I must collect it, I demanded to speak to the manager, Tim introduced himself and after discussing the matter and my frustration Tim agreed to deliver the unit after three days, what a surprise when I heard a hooter and two friendly gentlemen from Zulteck delivered a brand new kit to me,GREAT GUYS WELL DONE THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE, LIONEL YOU A GREAT SALES MAN AND TIM YOU SET A GOOD EXAMPLE AS THE MANAGER, KEEP IT UP GUYS NICE DOING BUSINESS WITH ZULTECK
