damaged goods

I purchase a low pressure solar geyser from Zulteck in September 2015. The stuff arrived in Cape town by courier and was signed for by my domestic.<br> <br> All the boxes had been opened and a number of the solar tubes were smashed. There is no list for what components need to be in the kit so i have no clue what is missing.<br> <br> I complained immediately and sent Christel photographs of the damage.<br> <br> They refused to assist in any way. I then registered a complaint with consumer protection.<br> On following up with Zulteck In January I was informed that they were prepared to replace two of the 3 broken solar tubes<br> <br> I have requested a full refund as I purchased two solar geysers from Kwikot in November 2014.<br> <br> I cannot get hold of a manager or CEO or MD. These people are obviously running a **** operation and should be exposed and closed down
