Beware online energy saving product websites

Zulteck runs an online retail outlet which supposedly provides customers with great prices on energy saving/solar powered equipment. I ordered and paid for 30 LEDlights a month ago and they now tell me they are out of stock. Numerous emails have gone days before being answered and when they do get answered it appears that the sales person doesn't know much about the products. My last call to them asking where my goods were was responded to by being told that \the storeman said we are out of stock but he has these other lights for you". It turns out that the storeman also doesn't know the difference between a 220v AC LED light and a 12 v DC solar powered light.
