Bad service

<p>On 11 August 2016 I returned a TES Solar Regulator under guarantee to Zulteck and paid R711.48 in on a replacement Eco Regulator. The seal of the regulator was broken and I nogified Zulteck immediately thereof. I spoke to Magriet and she said it will be replace when I send it back. I send it back by courier services and on 6 September 2016 I received an email from Samantha to inform me "that Zulteck is no longer at this address, but are still ding business at the following address: Block/Unit E, Crystal Office park, 248 Badend Street, Centrurion, Tel nr: ********** 529, Cell nr: ********** 152 and Nico Oosthuizen will assist". She also stated that SA Energy Group took Zulteck over.</p> <p>We phoned on different occasions and Nico does not answer hies phone or react to any email messages.</p> <p>Fact is that I paid R1318.98 for a regulator which was faulty and which they did not replace with a new one as promised, after I send it back.</p> <p>We have proof of all the invoices and conversations with Magriet, Samantha and Nico. They have my money and I do not have the regulator for which I paid.</p> <p>Up to now there was still no response from either Zulteck or SA Engergy Group.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Danie Coetzee</p>
