Bad Quality products with no service
I bought 3x 100L solar low pressure geysers and down light LED 5 W globes and are very disappointed in the quality of these products.<br> The LED lights keeps on fusing and does not even last for a few hours. I have bought 70 of which 28 has already fused. Zulteck do not want to exchange these led lights and blame it on my electricity not correct, that is not the case. I am using other down lights LED's without any problems<br> The geysers was installed by a qualify plumber but told me that it is of poor quality and he could not get it to work. The solar pipes leek water from the drums and when I try to return the geysers they told me it was damaged by water pressure. I will never buy anything from them again. So please anybody buying from them please be warned of bad quality products and bad service.
As clearly stated in the Terms&Conditions of Zulteck, there is no warranty on any LED lights. We have though however exchanged the first batch of lights and delivered it to the clients house. When the geysers were purchased we made it clear that it is a Low pressure geyser and if connected to a high pressure system which the client has a pressure valve/regulator has to be used as the geyser cannot exceed 1.5bar of pressure. The plumber of the client came to us to inquire about how to connect a low pressure geyser to a high pressure system , we are not plumbers and was very surprised that a qualified plumber did not know how to do this. It's clear that the damage of the geysers were caused by either the failure of the pressure valve or incorrect installation . The leaking of the tubes was pointed out to the client that his installer inserted the tubes incorrectly and at the time the client admitted to that. Zulteck cannot be held responsible for the negligence of the so-called \qualified\" plumber. The drum was inspected by the manufacturer and came to the same conclusion of the cause of failure
