Bad Quality Products

I purchased a few LED Bulbs from Zulteck a couple months back. 3 out of the 9 has blown to date. 33% failure rate in a few months. I am certain that the rest will not last a year. I contacted Zulltek a few times and was given the runaround every time. Eventuallly I said I wanted to speak too the owner. <br> I was put through to Charl. Charl told me the items don't have a warranty and that he would need to find my invoice to make sure what manufacturer made the bulbs and then see if he could find me something else to exchange them with. Charl said he could absorb the cost if I was willing to purchase some more bulbs as I indicated I needed to replace bulbs for an entire house. I was not keen on purchasing more if this is the kind of quality I was going to get. Charl was going to investigate and phone me back the same day. That was last week 28 August. Have not heard back from Zulteck.<br> I am very disappointed. LED lights should last for years. Zulteck must have sold thousands of these lights. It is just not right that they distribute this kind of quality products.
