If you're reading this then chances are you've also read the previous complaints. These were all kindly sorted out by a voice of reason - namely Tim Barnard - who arranged for the collection of the defective item and subsequently a refund.<br> <br> After receiving a call and then conferring vie Email, our issue was resolved. Tim understood where I was coming from and that the issue would be better resolved than left hanging.<br> <br> I've retracted my Consumer Commission complaint as well and consider this matter dealt with, and very well.<br> <br> Every company in SA needs a Tim Barnard, Zulteck can pat themselves on the back for having him on their team.
