All round nightmare experience

Same old story. Promises were made and then what you actually receive is not what was promised. Zulken did not stick to deadlines that were agreed to and delivered cupboards that were damaged, we were told this is normal in the industry. I think not. When given the opportunity to fix the problem they first tried to fix the damaged cupboards manually by hand, but this did not look the same as when done by machine(taking short cuts). We requested them to take all cupboards back and start from scratch.Throughout this whole process there was never any supervision. On collection of the cupboards the staff did further damage to my property by bashing my walls and leaving big dents in my walls and front door. Once again we were promised deadlines that the cupboards would be fixed within a couple of days but it turned out that would take almost 2 weeks. Eventually requested a refund and that they fetch the remaining cupboards.Staff were sent out again without any supervision and while removing the last few cupboards a cupboard was dropped on a washing machine and damaged the fitting , water everywhere. Zulken did not even repair our walls or replace the door. Worst experience ever.
