HIGH ELECTRICITY BILL

I am resident at the 305 honey heights owned by Zulberg estate, I recently received my March levies statement and have been charged over R900 For electricity use, I also feel the levies are also over charged looking the conditions the building is under, there's hardly any maintenance done windows are broken ceiling on the ground floor is hanging and could collapse on anyone's head at any moment and no one seems to be getting back to me to explain why electricity bill is so high.

I have once requested if its possible to for me to use prepaid meter but we are forced to use their meter.
