Pathetic Service

We recently visited Restaurant Zula Beach, travelling all the way from Durban but our experience was cut short due to appalling service.

Upon arrival, we ordered drinks, but our waitress vanished after taking our order. She returned with only one drink, forgot the second, and didn't even open the Corona when she finally brought it. She took back the menu and never returned with it when we asked.

What's worse, she seemed more attentive to white patrons who arrived after us, leaving us feeling neglected and ignored.

We got fed up, we paid for the single drink and left. The poor service overshadowed any potential enjoyment of the food or atmosphere.
