I recently visited Zula Beach Club, and I was disappointed by the poor service. The waitress seemed inexperienced and unsure of what she was doing, leading to incorrect orders being brought to our table. What made this even more frustrating was that the venue wasn’t busy, so there was no clear reason for the confusion.

It’s disappointing to experience such disorganization in a setting that has so much potential. I hope the management provides better training to their staff to ensure a smoother and more enjoyable experience for future patrons.
