Unreliable, poor service!

Have had a recurring order for over 2 years and suddenly the day my order is supposed to be processed an email is sent saying they suddenly do not stock the product, yet funds were attempted to be taken the previous day! When asked for feedback the response given was "Yesterday, a decision was made to no longer stock particular products. And the information was poorly filtered internally. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience" . So a consumer has to follow up on their own accord and then there is no resolution or assistance. If you wish to get your food delivered without issues do not use this company!
