Taking the money but not delivery the goods!

2 of the last 3 orders from this company has gone BUSTED up!!. They deduct the money for a large order and only some days after querying the status of not receiving my order do I get informed they had no stock. Take the money but no communication and no product. When I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money returned, they had major issues and only intended to return the money after 10 days - this after the additional 4-5 days after deducting the money originally - therefore only getting your money back after half a month. I hope other people can read this review and learn from my mistake(s)
