Pathetically run

Everything has gone downhill… most products have been removed, and what little remains is never in stock, which is only found out after they take your money. You have to keep following up to get a reply and there is a 50/50 chance that you’ll have to talk to Rosanne in which case not much will be achieved… It is easier, cheaper and faster to just drive to a pet shop, which defeats the whole point of buying online.
