Good first impression
Never used Zuki before & contacted them to see if I could collect as I am going to be in Kya Sands. First the call was cut before been answered & to my pleasant surprise I received a call and yes I can collect. Place order on line and make a note that I will collect. Really good first impression.

Not prepared to make a payment before clarification. Only created account for that item, & if that is not successful account must be deleted. Also didnt ask to receive any promotional mails.
