Cause of ***** and theft being opened

Honestly the worst experience I have ever received. I place an order on 26 May 2026 and I am still waiting for the order. I have called, whatsapped, mailed and even used their chat box on the website and getting no reply. I am getting to the point where I will be opening a case of ***** as they are withholding my goods after I have paid. They use to be so good and now it’s just gone down the drain.
