Bad bad after sales service!!

I ordered a 10 kg bag of dog food. The seal was broken when it arrived and weighed 8.4kg. The bag was not sealed wrapped on the outside. They keep on arguing with me about this! I have ordered Hills many times from other online shops and every time the bag was sealed wrapped! Will never order from them again!
