Goods paid for but not delivered, since 11th April 2020

I paid this person R1330 for goods on the 11th April 2020..Initially understanding that lock down regulations would cause a delay with receiving goods, however never did I think that she ****med me. She responded saying level 3 may open them up for shipping the goods. Nonetheless to date she's not responded to my whatsapp enquiries, switched off her comments section on Instagram, keeps posting and selling goods on whatsapp.. *******, *****, ********, ****, con artist, do not order from this person..
