Zukchris no after sales assistance

I bought a Ford Figo from Zukchris in mid April 2026, I'm struggling to get hold of them as they don't answer to find out if they have removed the vehicle from their name so that I can register the vehicle to my name. If they don't remove the vehicle from their name first I can't register the vehicle to my name. I can see the owner reads my messages but he never answers me.
