Zuimag clothing ordernr :***

I have ordered clothing from Zuimag almost 5 weeks ago.After 3 weeks a make a quiry on delivery…Thet reply theres a holdup on customs….then they send a email for payment of shipping fee…they then deducted 3x R766 from my bank account on 1st May.I cancel my order and insist on a full refund plus the shipping fee of 3x R766….no reply.They send an email and said DHL will drop my parcel of at nearest post Office..I send an email to inform yhem that our post office isnt functioningfor almost 2 years and I will never receive my parcel??Pls assist me
