Worst Customer Service Experience Ever

I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences. We waited almost three hours for our food, and to make matters worse, only half the table received their meals while the rest of us were left sitting with nothing.

Our order was taken three different times by three different waiters, each one assuring us that the food was ready and “coming now.” This went on for the entire three-hour wait.

We were told that the head chef had resigned and that the kitchen was in chaos. While that may explain delays, it certainly does not explain why half of our table’s order was seemingly forgotten multiple times.

To make matters worse, the manager never even came to our table to apologise personally.

Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
