Verbal and emotional abuse by hospital staff due to hospital negligence and causing huge cost to patient

Very rude and aggressive staff ,Chanthel van Der Heever and Zuretha are horrible people and have no respect for people, even though I have made a payment on a account witch due to Zuid Afrikaans not getting the needed authorization and sticking me with the account ..they stil constantly keep threatening me with legal actions even though I have only R1000 left to pay ,I have asked for specific documents and they keep on refusing to supply then and just continue with there abuse and have no sympathy.

I wil never go near this hospital again and wil now make it my mission to make sure how terrible the service at Zuid Afrikaans is ...please stay away
