Dr Masilela-ZAH-E R

I have been to the ZAH a couple of times, for various operations, & all top class, however, this is not about the actual ZAH, but the ZAH E R. Since when do you visit an E R early in the morning for treatment, & the Dr shout's at a patient, & then becomes a **** on top of that. Yes Dr Masilela, you are a **** de lux, cos you never examined me at all, in January this year, & the accounts department has the audacity to claim from my medical aid, for medical treatment that was not administered to me, & that is medical aid ***** too, so watch the space. In all other instances that I have been admitted to the ZAH E R, in the past, the doctor's have treated me at the highest level of respect, & assisted with me being cured of the ailment, so this is an isolated incident.
