Disrespectful Staff !!!!

<p>Credit Control (Elizabeth Cross) keep on threatening me that she will hand me over to the Credit bureau for R270.00, Which I already made 2 payments of that amount, According to her a recieved Text messages and phone calls but they not even phoning the right number (which is not a problem) But then she accuses me of trying to hide from them while having an attitude , If i never made the payment i would understand, But no patient deserve to be treated like this, Its a Wonderful hospital but some of the staff simply has no respect. I dont know if this is the way they talk to all their patients but it is totally unexceptable!</p> <p> </p>
