I bought a plasma cutter with their software and after numerous efforts to get them to assist with the software errors, they just are not interested to assist

I bought a plasma cutter with their software and after numerous efforts to get them to assist with the software errors, they just are not interested to assist. They are the only company who can assist as they are the OEM. I am loosing income at the moment!
