Bad experience

I had a very bad experience with ZBB wooden benches, 1 week after buying a corner garden wooden bench from them one of the planks broke and ever since (5weeks later) I just get empty promises from Zack the owner ZBB wooden benches of replaceing the bench but nothing as yet
