At a rate of 33% per tray below weight, it is quite clear that it is not an accident. I have noticed this issue several times as I consume 60 eggs per week.

The telephone number listed on the packaging always goes to an answering service and calls are never returned. No email address is listed on the packaging and a Google search doesn't yield conclusive results.
