Cldn give my father a decent send off thanx

i and my husband's premiums were fully paid up for 2 years,my father passed on and because we were in cape Town my mother had to use her policy for mortuary and a few things.We arrive home in Zimbabwe and we ask moonlight to provide half services as there were goin to be costs if we were to move the body but they declined and guess what this ws even to their benefit because the coffin and the mortuary expenses were already catered for so we only needed tent ,chairs,transport etc but they could not understand.i am heart broken because didn't give my father a best send off despite us paying or premiums.May God bless you and i think will move my policy as i was disappointed.
