Post purchase | Bad Communication - zororasofas

I purchased a couch from https://zororasofas.co.za/. I was supposed to get delivery from Friday (9th December)

This of course did not happen, all communication has been actioned by me. They did not let me know the couch would arrive late. I understand delays but At least communicate the issue.

I did receive word that the couch would only be delivered next week Tuesday ( 20th December)

I am hoping that the couch quality is decent. Now I just have a bad feeling about the brand and not sure that it can be trusted.

If you going to scale your business, Please make sure you have a proper plan and all channels are accounted for.
