Zorbas Supermarket

I ordered food, Russian and Chips as well as Pap and Stew. Paid, waited outside, like they suggested. After 30mins al orders placed after mine were honoured but not mine. So, I went inside to enquire. Russian and Chips were done but cold and no Pap and Stew. They offered to re-heat the food but I declined. I then requested assistance from manager and was met by n lady with the worst attitude, talking in het own language about police etc. I,unfortunately, speak her language. I spoke to the owner, and his attitude was immediately defensive. I handed him the invoice and walked away without the food. I must say, I'm very disappointed as this was my go to store not for take aways, but for all my daily need to haves.
