ZOR Bedfordview East Gate
My visit at ZOR East Gate was not a pleasant one. We were charged prices that differed from those displayed on the menu. A pasta meal priced at R150 on the menu appeared as R210 on the bill, while a steak advertised at R210 was charged at R290. The service was disappointing and the condition of the menus reflected a lack of attention to detail. Many of the menus were torn and they were not enough for all customers and tables were expected to share one menu. To make matters worse, several items listed on the menu were not available to order. The overall experience was frustrating and did not meet expectations. Greater attention to customer service, menu maintenance and accurate pricing would significantly improve the dining experience.
