Worst customer service ever

Be cautious when buying from zootly, I bought a vape, which is not doing what it's supposed to do, even on the highest temp, you feel nothing. Be careful and ask the necessary questions, cuz now I have to sit with a vape that doesn't work as it should and they won't refund me. The products aren't cheap so please make sure. The description doesn't even come close to what you get when you use the vape.
